Gutter Garden Update

This is what the gutter gardens were looking like as of May 28th.  It was somewhat of a slow start due to all the rain we kept getting.  It's crazy to see the level of growth correlate with the strength of the sun.  As the temperatures rise, the bigger the vegetables get!  

I'm realizing now though that the top gutters get a lot more sun than the rest.  I think I might try rows of strawberries at the top to see how they do. Living at such a high elevation definitely presents a challenge with how intense the sun gets.  But that's the fun part about growing things, it's always a game of change and adaptation!
