From the top of Multnomah

If you make it to Mulnomah Falls, there is a path you can take that will bring you all the way to the top.  It's paved and a nice little challenge.  Luckily I came from Colorado, where the air is already quite thin.  We came directly here from the airport and did the hike.  Had my heart beating a little bit!

Standing close to where the water is rushing over the edge was exhilarating to say the least!  The power at the bottom comes from the water hitting the surface, the power at the top is something of another nature.  The force of so much water moving at high speed is humbling.  After i snapped the picture, I had to step back in respect.  I realized I'm not very comfortable near the edge of anything high up in the air!!  What about you, do you like heights?  Please comment and tell me how you feel when you're super high up!
