An Oregon Beach

I never had the chance to go west of Las Vegas until last December!   I was staying in Eugene, Oregon and on my last two days we decided to take the coastal highway up to Astoria and then over to portland. This was one of the first beaches we came to along the coast.  I was overloaded with sensations of wonderment and awe!  It was such a beautiful feeling to experience.  The only drawback was that it was freezing cold and rainy.  I'm definitely coming back in the summertime to be able to sit out and enjoy a day on the beach.  There were so many campsites and places to stay along the coast.  

If you get a chance to go to Oregon, make sure you take a ride up the coast.
